would you consider a ' personal development' blog' to fall within this NO GO arena. Is this a good idea for a blog niche? Do I need to be very targeted or can I talk about how I used in my life?

Hi, no I wouldn't consider it to require EAT providing you don't stray into the realm of mental health.
