I only just published my blog this past Monday. I also have a facebook page and insta profile to go with it, but haven't shared any of it on any of my personal accounts yet.Â
I know Theo recommended to not just go ahead and invite all friends from my personal facebook profile to like the page.
What about Instagram? Will insta punish me if I share my blog profile in the story of my personal account?Â

You could pick a few. Perhaps the people who are your actual friends, and your family. Don't do them all at the same time though. Space them out over a few days or longer if necessary.
