Are you familiar with the Kadence theme? Do recommend it for beginners? Also, when I see a site built with that theme I see no ADS so how does \ffiliate m\rkting work? Thanks

I'm not familiar with it, sorry.
Regarding ads. You can put ads anywhere there happens to be a widget area. The sidebar is the most common place to put banners and images that link to offers.
